In September 2008, J.D. Power & Associates released its 2nd annual Credit Card Satisfaction Study. The study measured customer satisfaction with credit cards by examining five key factors: interaction; billing and payment process; fees and rates; reward programs; and benefits and services. More than 7,600 credit card holders were surveyed and the results were based on a 1,000 point scale. Here is a summary:
